T1D Nutrition + Coaching Packages

1:1 gentle nutrition sessions

First and foremost, my mission is to help you find harmony and ease with food whilst reaching your personalised nutrition and lifestyle goals. Life with T1D is already stressful enough, let’s take the food anxiety off the table.

I blend nutritional science, psychology and gentle coaching to guide you back to full strength and health. I prioritise adding foods into your diet rather than taking away and I don’t focus on overly restrictive diets.

I know how tough it can be to implement changes - I’ve been there - but I promise that I’ll be your cheerleader, gently supporting from the sidelines.

I’ll need you to work with me, and it won’t always be easy, but we’ll do it together.

The Beth Edwards Nutrition packages are designed for people with T1D and their families who are ready to commit to their health and wellness and prioritise themselves. They’re for T1Ds who want to receive invaluable 1:1 support, find peace with their diabetes, re-write their relationship with food, make hugely impactful lifestyle and dietary changes and reach a place of effortless blood sugar balancing and insulin sensitivity.

These programmes are right up your street if you’re ready to make impactful and positive changes, and you recognise that making these lifestyle shifts is not always easy, but is so worthwhile. Whether you’re recently diagnosed, or have who have lived with T1D for many years and need a helping hand – this is for you.

How does it work?

We’ll start with a free, no obligations 30-minute clarity call. This will allow us to get to know each other. You can tell me your main goals and struggles, and I will explain how I can help. If we’re a good fit, we can discuss which package suits you best.

Reset + Rebalance

3 month coaching

• My signature programme is ideal for individuals ready to go all-in on rewriting their approach to T1D

• 6 x 1 hour sessions together, every other week (flexible availability in the evenings)

• Full audit of current lifestyle + diet to see what's working and what isn't

• Deep dives into blood sugar patterns + insulin sensitivity

• Review of recent blood test results you’ve had done, including HbA1C

• After each session, you'll get notes of what we discussed + your individualised protocol to focus on until our next session

• A completely tailored + person-centred approach. If something isn't working, we change it

• Full access to my library of resources (handouts, recipes, video education, meditation recordings)

• Access to my self-led nutrition and lifestyle guides

• Customised supplementation guide (if appropriate)

• Access to me including full email support for the duration of the programme (like a nutritionist in your pocket)

£900 (payable in 3 x £300 monthly instalments)

The Foundations

3 session deep-dive

• Ideal for parents or families of T1Ds looking for the next level of education and knowledge

• 3 x 1 hour educational sessions together (flexible availability, with evening slots)

• Sessions will cover: Nutrition 101, Insulin Sensitivity and Future-Proofing to educate you on how nutrition, food and lifestyle can impact your child's T1D

• After each session, you'll get PDF copies of the education booklets, notes of what we discussed and an individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan for you (&, if relevant, your family)

• A completely person-centred and bespoke approach

• Full access to my library of resources (handouts, recipes, video education, meditation recordings)

• Access to my self-led nutrition and lifestyle guides

• Bespoke functional testing recommendations (if appropriate)

• Customised supplementation guide (if appropriate)

• Access to me including full email support for the duration of the programme (like a nutritionist in your pocket)

My packages are priced carefully and considerately, and reflect a combination of the following: my 7+ years of training in psychology, health psychology, and nutritional therapy, as well as ongoing continuing professional development; my leadership and expertise in the area of type 1 diabetes; client feedback and contentment with value for money; the prices I need to charge in order to dedicate a portion of my working week to unpaid advocacy for #insulin4all and the needs of people with type 1 diabetes globally.
